Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out how you may use CubedNet’s products. By using any product, you agree to comply. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Products covered: careerswerve.io, dotsresourcing.com, squaredcycle.com, ivarahub.com, and cubednet.com.

1. General rules — all products

Across all CubedNet products, you must not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or organisation
• Transmit unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
• Attempt unauthorised access to any part of our systems or other accounts
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software
• Systematically scrape or extract data without written permission
• Use automated tools in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Resell or commercially exploit our services without written authorisation

2. CareerSwerve (careerswerve.io)

• Course content is licensed for personal learning only — you may not distribute or reproduce course materials
• You may not share credentials or allow multiple people to use a single account
• Projects and portfolio work you create remain yours; course content belongs to CubedNet
• You must not falsely claim completion of courses you have not completed

3. DotsResourcing (dotsresourcing.com)

Job seekers

• Provide accurate information about your qualifications, experience, and right to work
• Do not create multiple profiles

Employers

• Listings must be for genuine, current vacancies at your organisation
• You must comply with UK employment law, including the Equality Act 2010
• Use candidate data only for recruitment for the specific role advertised
• Listings must not contain discriminatory language

4. SquaredCycle (squaredcycle.com)

Sellers

• You must own or have a valid licence to sell any asset you list
• Listings must accurately describe the asset, its limitations, and dependencies
• Do not list assets containing personal data without appropriate consent and agreements
• Do not list malicious code, deceptive tools, or assets designed to harm buyers
• Pricing must be transparent with no hidden fees

Buyers

• Assets are licensed as described in the individual listing
• Do not resell or redistribute assets unless the listing explicitly permits this
• Do not reverse engineer assets to create competing listings

5. Content standards

Any content you submit must not be defamatory, discriminatory, abusive, or harassing; infringe third-party intellectual property; contain personal data about others without consent; or be obscene or inappropriate for a professional context.

6. Reporting violations

Report suspected violations to info@cubednet.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

7. Consequences of violation

We may — without notice — suspend or terminate your account, remove your content, and take legal action where appropriate. We cooperate with law enforcement where required.

5. IvaraHub (ivarahub.com)

Business owners / listing holders

• Business listings must be accurate, current, and genuinely represent your business
• You must own or be authorised to represent the business you list
• Do not create duplicate listings for the same business
• Listing descriptions must not be misleading, deceptive, or contain false claims
• Category selections must accurately reflect your primary business activity

Users / customers

• Do not submit false or malicious reviews or ratings
• Do not contact businesses listed on IvaraHub for purposes other than genuine commercial enquiry
• Do not harvest or scrape business contact details for mass marketing
