You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. By using our services, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you use our services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
Where account registration is required, you are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining confidentiality of your credentials, all activity under your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at info@cubednet.com.

All content on our websites and within our products — including course materials, code, design, text, graphics, and logos — is owned by CubedNet Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent.
When you list assets on SquaredCycle, you retain ownership of your intellectual property. You grant CubedNet a non-exclusive licence to host and display your listings on the platform.
Prices are shown at the point of purchase in GBP including VAT where applicable. Subscriptions are billed in advance and may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital products, unless use has commenced. Charge disputes should be raised at info@cubednet.com within 60 days.
Our services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Course content on careerswerve.io reflects best practices at the time of creation and may not always reflect the latest developments.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
